  • Revolution – Trends Celestial Eyeshadow Palette

Can we just take a moment and appreciate just how beautiful this palette is? Like reeeaaallly look at it and take it in.

Now that you’re as obsessed as I am, let me introduce you to your newest love. This is the Trends Celestial palette from Revolution’s latest range Revolution Pro. As you can probably already tell, it’s heavily inspired by the solar system and space which I love. In the palette you get 18 different shades; 12 shimmers and 6 mattes, and get this… it only costs £8!! Whaaaaat?!

Revolution, or Makeup Revolution as they were previously known, have been blowing up recently with all the amazing products they’ve been churning out. I’ve always loved their makeup and used to review their stuff all the time on my old blog so I had high expectations for this palette. Let me just say, they came through. Let’s take a closer look.
    Stunning right?

I almost couldn’t bring myself to try some swatches because I didn’t want to ruin how pretty the shimmers are but I took one for the team and swatched every shade for you guys to show you just how pigmented they are:

(L-R: Transit, Stellar, Parameter, Observe, Identified, Universe)

(L-R: Star, Mars, Planet, Eclipse, System, Earth)

(L-R: Comet, Orbital, Nebula, Terrene, Astronomy, Black Hole)

    Look. How. Pigmented.

I can’t wait to start using this on my eyes and see what looks I can come up with. I really like the fact that there are a few neutral/light shades that would be perfect for everyday use. The mattes are so soft and I can imagine they’d be a dream to blend together. Like I mentioned earlier, this palette only costs £8 and you can get it from Superdrug or on Revolution’s own website. When I bought this one I also picked up the Trends Azure palette as well which is just as stunning so keep your eyes peeled for a review on that as well.

Have you tried any of Revolution’s new range yet? Let me know your recommendations in the comments below!

I'm getting Huda Beauty vibes from the packaging and the layout of the colours with the shade names below. But never would I have guessed that this palette was only £8 on first glance! That is crazy! It looks beautiful x

I saw this the other day and was seriously tempted to pick it up but I'm on a spending ban and was trying to be strong. It's sooooo pretty though! I think I need it in my collection. So impressed with all the latest Revolution launches.

HOLY SUN MOON AND STARS. I agree, this is the most beautiful palette I have ever seen in a while. As a science lover (er, nerd), I really love the name of each one!
